Notice requirements

A valid notice must include the elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3): identification of the work, the infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a sworn statement under penalty of perjury.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. We will forward it to the original complainant per the DMCA process.
